Do I need to have an account with Abundance Box to place an order?
No. However, if you have an account with us, you will be able to track your orders and review your past purchases. Please ensure you are logged in to your account while shopping. Customers not logged in will not be able to save records of their past orders
The website does not recognize my account log-in information, what should I do?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes you can make changes on your order within 24 hours. Once your order has been placed over 24 hours, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. However, once you have received your item, you can follow our return and exchange procedures to exchange your item if you wish. If you have made an error in your delivery address please contact us via email immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Abundance Box accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item(s)?
If you received an incorrect item submit an email regarding your request. Please provide your name, e-mail, order number, item name, and reason. We’ll make certain the issue is resolved for you!
What is a subscription box?
Isn’t it exciting to get mail each month? Who DOESN’T get a bit excited opening the front door, or your mailbox, and seeing a package waiting for you? It’s like Christmas every month, and the present is for YOU!
Our monthly subscription box is a sampling of your favorite high quality 925 sterling silver, 14k gold, and rose gold accessories like rings, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, or chokers.
How can I pay?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards from over 50 countries. Prices for all of our items are listed in USD. Please note that all purchases will be charged in USD.
In what currency are your prices?
All listed prices are in USD. We recommend checking the current exchange rate for your local currency to accurately estimate the final cost of your purchase. For your information, many banks collect a fee for handling transactions in another currency. Abundance Box is not responsible for any fees from your bank.
Are duties and taxes included?
All duties and taxes are collected at the time of purchase. Nothing is owed for final delivery.
Does Abundance Box products have a guarantee?
We do have a 3 month limited warranty (excluding items that are damaged and/or misused). However, defective items must be reported and returned within the warranty period with the original packaging.
Do you ship internationally?
How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
All orders will take 5-7 days to process before shipping.
Our standard domestic shipping typically takes 4-14 business days to arrive once shipped whereas our standard international service typically takes between 12 to 20 days. The reason why it will take this long is because some of our products are handmade / made-to-order, so please be patient. We will make sure your products are shipped immediately!
If you need your package delivered right away, please send us a message and we'll send you other options (if needed).
Note: Depending on the destination country, customs clearance may cause delays in final delivery.
Where is my package?
Once an order departs our partners’ warehouse, we will notify you by email and provide a tracking number for each individual parcel.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
All orders will take 5-7 days to process before shipping. Orders and inquiries are not processed during weekends and public holidays.
What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept credit card payments through Shopify payments and Paypal.
What if I didn’t receive my item?
We provide all our customers with tracking details, and our system tells us automatically if you’ve received the item or not. However, if you haven’t received your shipment within 60 days from payment, please contact us immediately. We will track the shipment for you.
Will I have to pay for customs or Import taxes?
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Does Abundance Box Issue Refunds?
Yes, however, we do not issue refunds for change of mind or wrong size after 24 hours of notice. You have 24 hours to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If the item/s have been in your possession for more than 24 hours days, it is considered used, and we will not issue a refund or replacement.
Please note that final sale items cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange. All final sale items are marked as such on their product pages and no returns or refunds can be issued for this merchandise.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Return parcels may take multiple weeks to be delivered at our partners’ warehouse. Once your return has arrived, please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed. We’ll send you an email once the refund is on its way. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
How can I return the item/s purchased?
All items must be in the original packaging, and must be unworn, unwashed, and/or undamaged. You must provide us with the shipping tracking number, as well as the specific reason for the return and the Purchase Order #. All purchases may be returned within 30 days. Due to the added complexity of shipping internationally, we are not able to provide complimentary return shipping. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through Abundance Box. Please contact your local customs office directly. We do, however, cover any shipping expense for faulty items.
